Dental implants is a staged procedure
- Placement of the implants beneath the gums in the bone - possibly
augmented with your own bone, freeze dried bone, and/or a synthetic
bone

- Preparation of the replacement teeth in the form of individual
crowns or bridgework which will attach to the buried implants
- Uncover the implants and placement of abutments which will attach
to your replacement teeth

portion of the lower jaw is moved forward or backward to change
the prominence of the chin and fixated with a small plate
